One, it allows you to connect with your website visitors to offer immediate, real-time assistance via live chat. This is done through a “Chat Live” graphic placed on your website and an instant message-like dialog box that appears once the chat graphic is clicked on.
Secondly, WSI Live Chat is a web monitoring program. It allows you to see all of the visitors that are browsing your site in real-time. You can find out detailed information on them such as what page they are currently on, how many pages they have viewed so far, how many previous visits they have had, what keywords or phrases they used to find your site, and much more!
