Contest Terms and Rules

These rules apply to all contests currently run on this website.

Specific Tems:

1. Every Number is unique and can only be used once.
2. You can only check one number per user.
3. If you win you will know instantly.
4. If you won a top prize we will come by and give it to you personally. We might even take a picture.
5. We do need your correct Name and Contact Information to be able to give you your prize. If your number is a winner and we cannot contact you, you will lose your price. 
6. You agree to be contacted by us to receive the prize.
7. We do not condone or engage in SPAM. We do not sell or otherwise distribute your information. This practice is immoral. We perform permission based marketing only.
8. We will publish all the winners to make sure we stay honest.
9. Any Prizes not awarded (numbers were not entered by Dec. 23rd, 2010) will be used for future give away's.
10. Numbers have been assigned randomly to the available prizes.
11. Not every number is a Winner.

1. Any contest is a marketing promotion to increase brand awareness.
2. Prices have been selected by WSI Winnipeg and can be seen at our office at 100-1483 Pembina Highway , Winnipeg, MB R3T 2C6
3. Where applicable for the specific contest we are using a RANDOM assignment system called eBase Builder.  This system creates random character strings which are assigned to a predetermined number of prices and price levels.
4. To be eligible to win you need a personal code which was mailed to you.
5. To be eligible to win you need to submit the contact information as requested.
6. You will not be able to proceed to check your number if the contact information is incomplete.  
7. To proceed from the Registration and to check your personal number you will be required to check off the appropriate box that states that you agree to these terms and conditions. If the box is not checked you will not be able to proceed and your information will not be entered in our database.
8. WSI (Pecunia Non Olet Corp.) is building a database of current and prospective clients and we will be communicating with you by eMail.
9. WSI (Pecunia Non Olet Corp.)  does not engage in SPAM. Any future communication will have a "unsubscribe link" at the bottom of the mail and you may unsubscribe at any time. 
10. We treat your information as confidential. At no time will your information be shared with people outside of the WSI Winnipeg Organization.
11. There is legal entitlement for prizes. By agreeing to these terms you waive any right for legal action against WSI (Pecunia Non Olet Corp.) or any affiliated companies with regards to this contest.
12. You agree to hold WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature arising in connection with WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.)'s use of any Materials submitted to WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) and used in any manner in WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.)'s sole and absolute discretion.
13. Contests involving evaluations of Materials submitted as part of the contest will be judged entirely in the sole and absolute discretion of WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.). Decisions by WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) are final.
14. All entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated or posted.
15. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
16. Neither WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner including but in no way limited to each and every aspect of the taking of a trip or tour as part of a contest prize. WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.).
17. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
18. A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
19. 19. WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
20. WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
21. 21. By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry
22. The following criteria apply:
    1. In contests in which winners are selected at random, the odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received and cannot be determined in advance.
    2. In contests in which winners are selected based upon skill or accomplishments, winners will be chosen by WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) on the merits of each entry, in WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.)'s sole and absolute discretion.
    3. In contests in which winners are selected on the basis of being the nth person to complete a stated action, the winner shall be that person provided that he or she validly completes the action, validity being determined by WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.), in its sole and absolute discretion.
    4. In contests and polls in which WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) solicits votes by the public to help decide the winner, while the results of such polls may be a considered factor in determining the winner, the winner will ultimately be selected by WSI (PECUNIA NON OLET CORP.) in its sole and absolute discretion.
